Members must be in Goodstanding to place a bid and receive a dispatch slip. To see your Union status, log into the dispatch portal and click on the ‘My information’ tab.
Please ensure that your personal information is kept up to date. Members must update their own phone number and email address in the dispatch portal using the ‘Contact Preferences’ tab. If you have changed your phone number, email, or have an address change ensure that you update your information with the Union by calling 780-430-1460 ext 2164.
For members that are enrolled in the RSAP program: To see your RSAP status, login to the dispatch portal. Click on the ‘My Information’ tab. If you are listed as ‘Not in Program’ and would like to re-enroll in RSAP please call 780-493-0725 or email [email protected].

Your administrator, Prudent Benefits Administration Services Inc., performs the day-to-day administration functions of receiving contributions and maintaining your eligibility records. The Board has retained Manulife to act as the claims payor and processor for all benefit claims.

Plan members are encouraged to Login to your PBAS portal. The portal will allow you to check your hour-bank, manage your spouse and dependent records, change your mailing address, update your beneficiary, access plan booklets and other plan information, print your drug card, submit claims online, access details about your claims history, and more.
Pension
A dignified retirement you can count on!
Alberta’s unionized Millwrights are proud of their pension plan! All contributions are employer-paid – there are no pension deductions from your paycheque.
It’s what’s called a defined benefit plan, meaning that you always have the security of knowing ahead of time what your retirement income will be, and that income will continue throughout your entire retirement.
Funds in the plan are managed by an employee-employer Board of Trustees.
